Born in Paris to a Greek architect and French professional dancer, I was educated in a "New School", part of the Montessori movement, studying across the globe, from New-Zealand to Moscow at a young age.

At the age of 17, I moved to Canada to pursue a degree in Finance at McGill University. It is around that time that Yoga revealed itself in my Life. From a seemingly random encounter, something magical inexplicably soothing seemed to occur every time I practiced. Very soon after, I started experiencing profound altered states and out of body experiences that no one seemed able to explain or guide me with.

After graduating, I moved back to Paris and eventually London where I joined a top boutique Strategy Consultancy. Coping with extensive travelling, multiple time zones, long hours and high level of stress, the practice of yoga kept on bringing me back to softness and trust, anchored to a world beyond the surrounding fluctuation. As I practiced, the mystical experiences kept amplifying, and with that grew my questioning of the essence of the universe and what laid beyond the physical world.

After a decade of studying the practices of yoga, and half a decade working in Strategy Consulting, abruptly one day the obvious was revealed, I had to walk into my authentic path.

I took a leap of faith, quit my job, left the known to devote myself to exploring the hidden realities and the healing of humans at the root cause of our sufferings.

Altered-consciousness, flow states, pivoting pain-points…

I studied with numerous lineages, receiving the teachings of great spiritual masters and healers across the world - From several lineages of yoga, ancient & new-age consciousness altering technologies, esoteric & mystical explorations, sound & voice therapy, quantum healing technologies.

I was initiated in Sound Therapy, Jivamukti Yoga, Mayan Shamanism, Vajrayana Tantra, YiKaRa, Psych-K, applied Kinesiology, Holographic Healing, Heart-Yoga, Sowa Rigpa and the Gene Keys. And continue to humbly and avidly, study & experiment.

I am here to create the space for the expansion of your mental patterns beyond current limitations, to expand your heart’s capacity to love, to transmute the pain points on your path, so you can live your most delicious life - living out your fullest potential.

Through extensive mystical experiences and research of the metaphysical world, I have guided more than 30 retreats and hundreds of clients into clarity, accessing new layers of consciousness, expanding their experience of life into the vast ocean of Love.
